2. Description of Services

Go Camty Academy provides one-on-one online language lessons with certified native-speaking teachers. Lessons are conducted via our proprietary video conferencing platform or agreed alternative tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are charged in advance for the selected period (monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual). All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

5. Lesson Policy

Students may reschedule a lesson up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the lesson being counted as completed. Teachers may cancel lessons in exceptional circumstances; a replacement lesson will be provided.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: share your account with others; record lessons without consent; engage in abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour towards teachers or staff; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including lesson materials, is the property of Go Camty Academy or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Camty Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the competent courts.
