What happens if I miss a lesson without cancelling?

If you miss a lesson without rescheduling at least 2 hours in advance, the lesson is counted as completed and cannot be recovered. This policy exists to respect our teachers' time. If you have an emergency, please contact support as soon as possible — we review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
